As part of the program, you receive complimentary on-site tour training for you and your staff, including a preparation guide before the tour, email templates for after, and a move-in checklist — everything needed for you to convert tours into new residents.

Then we do the heavy lifting. Our team launches outreach to private-pay families who are actively searching for care. Every inquiry is fully vetted, tours are scheduled on your availability, and attendance is confirmed so only serious families show up.

Our job is complete once three attended private-pay tours occur within 30 days of our program or you get a full refund. Your only role is to host the tours, use the provided resources, and choose who moves in.

We are not incentivized for a particular family to move-in, we care about fit. We never take a percentage of rent or charge families for our services. How much time will this require from me and my staff?
