4.) You Host the Tour - you receive a resident summary, preparation guide, and tour training before the family visits your senior care home, as well as a post-tour follow-up template to increase chances of conversion.

First, we confirm your availability and service area to ensure we can confidently deliver qualified, private-pay tours. Once approved, you pay a one-time setup fee that covers all advertising and operational costs.
As part of the program, you receive complimentary on-site tour training for you and your staff, including a preparation guide before the tour, email templates for after, and a move-in checklist — everything needed for you to convert tours into new residents.
Then we do the heavy lifting. Our team launches outreach to private-pay families who are actively searching for care. Every inquiry is fully vetted, tours are scheduled on your availability, and attendance is confirmed so only serious families show up.
Our job is complete once three attended private-pay tours occur within 30 days of our program or you get a full refund. Your only role is to host the tours, use the provided resources, and choose who moves in.

That’s completely fine. If timelines shift or you need to reschedule tours, we adjust accordingly. You are never locked into a fixed schedule or forced to accept tours that no longer make sense. You stay in control of availability at all times.
Once you invest in the Tour Guarantee Program and we deliver you the promised three tours, you can request additional tours at any time for a flat fee for up to a year.
